Process Notes
  • Unfortunately, our system asks for an order number, but it actually requires the shipment number.
  • Return labels cannot be generated on mobile devices.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
Key Policies
  • Original outbound shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • Eligible returns are not charged return shipping fees.
  • Return labels cannot be generated for returns originating outside the mainland United States.
Return Policy
  • Eligible items may be returned within 90 days of delivery.
  • All items are covered by a 120-day warranty against defects.
  • Hemmed pants are not considered altered.
Items Not Eligible for Return
  • Laundered items, including dry-cleaned items.
  • Customized items, including torso reductions.
  • Altered or embroidered items.
  • Shirts with pinholes.
  • Any item that is not in resalable condition.
  • Items marked as final sale.
