Cirrus
The Cirrus is our most popular fabric. Soft and comforting combed cotton is blended with a polyester core to provide easy care without any chemical finishing. This traditional mid-weight twill has a soft surface without giving up the structured feel commonly expected in a pilot shirt. Available in the greatest number of sizes and fits, the Cirrus provides an optimal balance of durability, wrinkle-resistance, and comfort. The Fitted Cirrus has a Flap Pocket with hidden Velcro closure. The Tapered and Relaxed Cirrus both have an Open Pocket.

Tropo
Our Tropo shirts are the epitome of professional style and comfort. Not only is this shirt incredibly soft with just the right amount of stretch, but it’s as wrinkle-free as we could make it. Stratus
The Stratus is a traditional lightweight poplin or plain weave, making it an excellent choice for those who prefer to wear a cotton undershirt. This easy to maintain material makes for an excellent warm-weather addition to your wardrobe, with its easy to iron fabric and smoothest surface. Available only in the Tapered fit, the Stratus shirts comes with a Flap Pocket.

Brooks
The Brooks is our newest pilot shirt fabric, added to the lineup for a luxury option. The Brooks is an exceptionally soft and naturally cool fabric with spandex added for stretch and comfort. Polyester is blended in for strength and wrinkle resistance. Bamboo is stronger than rayon and similar to cotton but with less propensity to wrinkle. The Tapered Brooks shirt has a soft and smooth feel and comes with and open pocket.

Altus
The synthetic performance yarns are woven as a micro twill weave for a traditional dress shirt look and feel while offering the easy care and stretch advantages of this performance fabric. Cool to the touch. Durable. Weight is between the Cirrus and Tropo. More synthetic feel than our other fabrics.
