Referral Program Terms & Conditions

A Cut Above Uniforms (also referred to as  ACA) Referral Program Terms & Conditions. As a Referable Program member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to the following Terms & Conditions::

  • Qualified Referral

    A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.acutaboveuniforms.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives at our website by clicking your provided referral program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral value for each Referred Customer as additional/repeat purchases made by that same customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.

  • Referred Customer

    The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person and this is established by customer information and ISPs. System records alone determine if a referral is not eligible.  The Referred Customer must be a new customer making their first purchase at our store as verified by our system records.  Referral eligibility must be established at the time of purchase.

  • Referral Rewards

    For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order greater than $35 in total value after discounts and shipping. All Referred customers must place their order on our website for eligibility.

  • No Spam

    You must comply with all “SPAM” laws. Emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner rather than bulk email distribution. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and can be grounds for  revocation of referring credits.

  • Right to Close Accounts

    ACA reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer uses  the referral program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms

    ACA reserves the right to cancel this referral program or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
