UPS will attempt to deliver your package on 3 successive business days Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). The driver may try to leave your package in a safe place out of the weather. In apartment buildings, UPS will frequently NOT leave the package at your door, but may leave it with the apt. manager. Otherwise, if not deliverable in the 3 attempts, UPS will leave a notice & return the package to us. To prevent your package from being returned to us, call UPS at (800) PICK UPS (800-742-5877) to arrange for pickup. UPS will charge a $12.50 address correction fee if you do not provide a complete and accurate ship-to address, including name, precise street name, apt/suite #, and correct zip code.

UPS SurePost ® Flat Rate option with A Cut Above

A fully trackable economy service with final delivery completed by the United States Postal Service. The service allows customer to ship to all US addresses including PO , APO, FPO and DPO Boxes. The average time in transit for this service is a UPS Ground time plus 1-2 days. If you live an area without mail delivery your local post office will hold your packages for two weeks prior to returning. Please pay attention for tracking with UPS to the USPS facility as it will be available for pickup in such instances the next business day for the USPS (Monday- Saturday).

UPS MyChoice ®

A Cut Above Uniforms recommends customers visit www.ups.com/mychoice and enroll for UPS MyChoice®. UPS MyChoice® is a service that provides enhanced visibility and flexibility for UPS deliveries.

International Shipping

Flat rate shipping is offered at  per package.  We ship to all countries via UPS and all shipments offer tracking via www.ups.com. Transit times are service specific. Times may vary due to customs inspections. Flat Rate International Mail – 7-14 days, estimated transit times are not guaranteed.

Express Mail – UPS Expedited 3-5 days guaranteed transit time with an end of day delivery to any country. Please be aware that your country may have additional applicable fees that may be levied for items delivered. We are not responsible for any of these potential fees, taxes, duties, surcharges etc. and these fees fall under the responsibility of the purchaser.

If for any reason you refuse the package or choose to return the package, shipping charges will not be refunded. Order received by 5PM MST will ship the following business day. Orders received on weekends or national holidays will ship the following business day.

All estimated transit times do not include weekends or major U.S. holidays.
